Quarterly business review (QBR)

Definition: A quarterly business review is a regular meeting, often between a vendor and a customer, to review results, discuss goals and look ahead, frequently including the product roadmap.

Customer success teams use QBRs to show value delivered and to discuss what is coming. Preparing a fresh roadmap deck for every QBR is time-consuming and the deck is out of date almost immediately.

Internally, QBRs are also used by leadership to review progress against goals each quarter.
