Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage, such as local storage, works in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
This policy explains the cookies used on rightbuild.io and in the RightBuild app, and how you can control them. For more on how we handle personal information, see our privacy policy.
2. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site and app cannot work properly without them. Analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics
We use PostHog for analytics, and Gumlet Insights to measure how our videos are watched. Both only run after you accept analytics cookies. Until then, videos still play but Gumlet Insights is turned off. PostHog keeps a small identity and session record in a cookie on our own domain, and its full state in local storage.

4. How to control cookies
- Choose at any time to accept or reject analytics cookies. You can also find it in the footer of every page.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site and app, such as signing in and the contact forms, may not work.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and change the effective date at the top.
