Go-to-market (GTM)

Definition: Go-to-market is the plan for bringing a product or feature to customers, covering positioning, pricing, channels, sales enablement and launch timing.

A GTM plan depends on knowing what is shipping and when. When release dates move, launches, campaigns and sales commitments need to move with them, which is why GTM teams care about roadmap changes as much as product does.
